Pros
Small knit team with lots of big personalities, can be fun to be around when the banter is good when it's not it's a different story.
Cons
The company is doing pretty well for itself but often doesn't seem to appreciate the efforts of everyone involved and seemily focuses on a select few to praise and endorse.

-Little to no micromanagement -Encouraged to speak up by management -Constant training -Not expected to work outside contracted ours -Management do not shy away from problems, if issues exist they fix them - strong team chemistry - Yearly bonus for all staff - Good performances are rewarded
Cons
- High expectations - You have to work hard to succeed - Would like some more vision on the future growth plans
