Pros

Nice office and salary above market value

Cons

In terms of daily work, within my team the manager was a right old cow. Always thought she was right and was easily manipulated by other members of the team. Fair to say I wasn’t the right fit for this company in terms of “colour” - was made very obvious. Disappointing that this sort of culture and behaviour still exists within a workspace. A massive gossip culture - don’t expect any professionalism in terms of respecting privacy. Whether it’s personal or work matters, certain higher level management would actively spread gossip around the office. I’d attribute my review down to a small pharma mindset.

Pros

Brilliant company to work for before the management change. Then it was good to work for with excellent terms and conditions. Support from top management, very positive and driven. Good environment and atmosphere to work in

Cons

The change of management from the top literally changed all that above. No longer a great place to work and many people left when the company moved out of the area.

Pros

Strong on process and true to their values. LEO UK employ high quality staff and the recruitment process is robust.

Cons

Layers of hierarchy are very visible and there can be a lot of red tape so decision making is slow. Frequent structural changes can lead to a demotivated and unstable workforce, which affects engagement levels. Many of the "old school" senior management team in the UK lack a great deal of credibility.
