Pros
People were amazing; creative, caring, like minded, forward thinking people. Very supportive and created a good learning environment. Projects were interesting.
Cons
Pay was below industry standard, benefits were not great. Management organization was unclear and at times frustrating. Certain partners were more approachable than others. Very top heavy firm, resistant to change and embracing new ideas from staff. Expectations differed from person to person - inconsistent office rules. Not a very diverse firm. Very high turnover rate.
