      - good standard benefits - Follow all Public Holidays

      Cons

      - management lacking critical thinking "Steering the ship without a compass" - no work life balance - high turnover rate for all departments - 1 person do 3 people works - managers from various department only know pointing fingers.. no solution.. the only solution is to change "blood"
