Pros

After a long thought, I couldn't come up with anything good about them. This company is definitely for you if - 1. You are a potential exploiter. You will learn the tricks of exploiting others after getting exploited. OR 2. You want to lead a lucklustre life.

Cons

1. This company has a long history of recruiting freshers and exploiting them to the fullest, and finally jettisoning them when they (Ershadur Rahman, Sayed Al Mahdi, Anisur Rahman Parvez) feel those poor individuals have been exploited enough and they deserve a pay rise. 2. No matter what you do or how efficiently you work, you'll never get the credit of your work. 3. I've witnessed some employees going through mental abuses. In one instance, Anisur Rahman Parvez (senior employee) terribly castigated an individual using highly inappropriate and repugnant language with full impunity from Ershadur Rahman (owner), who condones such behaviour or even might have instructed him to do so. 4. There's no job security. I am aware of few cases where talented engineers and designers had been hired and assigned good projects. Despite working indefatigably and achieving good outcomes, they were flabbergasted after finding themselves to be fired suddenly. This is the policy of the company. Hire freshers - exploit them - fire them - repeat 5. There's no originality in this company. Most of their products are just replicated products of other companies.

Pros

- Diverse Learning Opportunities: Employees have the opportunity to learn multiple stack languages - Some Supportive Team Members: The presence of supportive team members was a valuable asset. - Gym Facility

Cons

1. Lack of professionalism in the management team: One of the major drawbacks I experienced during my time at LII-LAB was the lack of professionalism exhibited by the management team. To begin with, they failed to provide me with a formal appointment letter when I joined the company. This oversight was indicative of a broader lack of attention to detail and professionalism within the management team. 2. Absence of a professional review system: At LII-LAB, there was a noticeable absence of a professional review system, particularly when it came to using Git for code collaboration. Peer reviews and pull requests are essential components of an efficient development process, yet they were not consistently implemented or prioritized. This lack of a structured review system hindered the overall quality and efficiency of work. 3. Lack of a formal chain of command: The company's organizational structure was poorly defined, leading to confusion regarding reporting lines and task delegation. Multiple senior employees assigned me on different tasks without clear instructions on whom to report the progress to. This ambiguity created unnecessary inefficiencies and made it challenging to ensure proper accountability and coordination within the team. 4. Neglect or disregard for my work: After a couple of months with LII-LAB, I began to notice that my daily updates and contributions were either not thoroughly checked or intentionally ignored. This lack of attention to my work was demotivating and created a sense of dissatisfaction. It reflected a disregard for the efforts put in and undermined my professional growth within the company. 5. Presence of a disrespectful manager: There was a particular individual in the management team who displayed rude behavior and demonstrated a lack of understanding of the importance of mutual respect in a senior-junior relationship. Despite considering himself a leader, his attitude towards some employees undermined the overall work environment and made it difficult to foster a positive and collaborative atmosphere. 6. Insufficient appreciation for responsibilities undertaken: I had to handle a lot of responsibilities at LII-LAB, but I didn't receive much recognition or appreciation for my efforts. This lack of acknowledgement made me feel demotivated. 7. Excessive work hours: LII-LAB had an expectation of working more than the standard 8 hours per day. This prolonged work time resulted in a poor work-life balance . 8. Unsupportive attitude towards punctuality: Despite being one of the most punctual employees in a given month, I faced criticism and mockery from some senior employees for occasional late attendance. Interestingly, many of those who criticized me had a higher number of late attendances themselves. This unfair treatment created a demotivating double standard. 9. Toxicity experienced during the final days: Towards the end of my tenure at LII-LAB, I encountered a toxic work environment that negatively impacted my experience. Whether it was through unprofessional behavior, unhealthy communication, or other negative interactions, the toxicity I experienced in my last days further reinforced the unsupportive and unwelcoming nature of the company culture.

Pros

I couldn't find anything good.

Cons

Manipulative. Anarchic system. You're expected to work overtime which makes it difficult to maintain a work-life balance. I know one individual working for more than two years without any pay rise and another previously worked for almost two years without any rise as well.
