- The employees that are doing the bulk of the work without the credit are amazing to work alongside from department to department but they are stretched so thin that everyone becomes burnt out

- The leaders reap the most reward and expect people to work like they are getting paid the same... while they sit in meetings all day with less than average executive work being contributed
- The lack of comms throughout the company leaves everyone lost
- The urgency of random deliverables being thrown in to the scope late make every project bottleneck
Nice office, hybrid schedule, kind people at lower levels
Cons
Management is awful. Very chaotic, unorganized, untrustworthy. C suite only cared about themselves and disregarded loyal teammates. Company culture and morale is extremely poor.
