Good pay better than ever, good benefits, good people. New changes are here and things maybe looking up?
Cons
Long hours, lack of communication between management (upper) disconnect from corporate and us (i feel) difficult to get things done sometimes. Understaffed which they say as lean but we feel as skeleton work load is crazy sometimes and other times they decide to end the day as we are in full swing.
Long hours, constant mandatory overtime. They give such high quotas you'll never reach them during your regular time. So pretty much every day you work 12 hours. They mandate weekends as well. They shut down a lot so you are forced to use vacation time or unemployment it is. You must pass their written test everytime you want to get a promotion and interview for the position.
Pay is great but you will not have a personal life. Will get your bills paid though.
Cons
There isn’t anything positive to say. You’re overworked with trash machines, senior management is asleep at the wheel listening to the wrong people, hr definitely act like they care but they have favorites and do what they need to keep their paperwork correct and the place isn’t climate controlled
