Pros
1. Incredible people and culture LOKE has a knack for hiring the creme de la creme. Candidates are reviewed on culture fit as much as they are experience and ability. The founders are the bones of the business and truly lead by example. 2. Strong focus on employee's growth and wellbeing LOKE cultivates an environment that is flexible and inspiring, always ensuring that its employees are fulfilled in their role and on track to achieving their long-term goals. You are encouraged to grow, progress, or even move to another department if you are better suited to another role in the company. The team is filled with people who love what they do, and in turn is an inspiring environment to work in. 3. Empowering, personable, innovative leadership team The leadership team is wholly transparent. The co-founders are always open to answering questions to the global team and no conversations ever feels off-limits. There is a strong sense of camaraderie at LOKE with the team all working towards the same goal. 4. Control and freedom is encouraged There is a real sense of responsibility and freedom to put your own stamp on processes to push the business forward. No ideas or suggestions are ever belittled, and no question is ever deemed stupid.
Cons
More of a pro for me, but perhaps a con for some, the business is reactive and very fast-paced. For those not up for the challenge of navigating an ever-changing market it could be considered a daunting road to go down.
