Pros

If you're looking for your first ever job/don't want to work that hard/have low self worth, then this MIGHT be an option

Cons

crap location, half the staff are on a pedestal and the rest are treated awfully, makes millions of pounds a month but intentionally underpay their staff, backwards processes, family members are in senior management and have inflated sense of self worth, head of customer service is on a powertrip
