PTO and salary amounts are good, but not worth it.
Cons
Focus is on shipping meds out the door, meeting budget projections, not on patient care. Highly understaffed and overworked. Management has no respect for employees. If you have a good head on your shoulders, you will have a hard time here - management plays favorites and are especially fond of people who always say “yes”, regardless of moral compass. High turnover and open positions are never filled quickly (why hire more people if job gets done with bare minimum?). Severe burnout and stress are the norm. There is no work/life balance. Current executives and management are running company into the ground. Complain to HR asking for confidentiality, and word gets right back to management. They are very good at retaliation without leaving any proof. HR does not even ask why people leave anymore - they know there is a problem employee (who is the reason for people leaving) and do nothing to address it.
