      Pros

      Very friendly, relaxed atmosphere. As it is a small business you get to turn your hand to a variety of tasks which means you have a broader knowledge of how the business runs. Very flexible with my hours when I returned from maternity leave.

      Cons

      No cons to the job or company itself. Not a lot of free parking around the office but there is a large multi storey nearby.

      Pros

      Friendly team and a cosy office to work in. Good mix of responsibilities and the MD trusts you to get on with your projects and there is a lot of internal support for innovations or new ideas when put forward.

      Cons

      Workload can get quite heavy at summers, but this gets better after your first summer once you have a bit more experience.

      - friendly atmosphere - cosy office - opportunity to take on new challenges and work creatively - great flexibility in regards to working hours - hands-on experience

      Cons

      Summers could get busy, but management made sure we didn't have to work long hours. So, not really a con!
