They have no HR and no methodology on salary structure. They construct salary based on what ppl will be content with and not market rates. They have the VP of Finance managing HR who has no skill in this and does not have leadership qualities.

Management is terrible. They spend more time throwing everybody under the bus then actually getting their jobs done. Management has zero experience running a team so everything is a fire drill and there aren't any efficient processes. They put down their teams by insulting employee's intelligence or gender. Overall, terrible company, I would never recommend anyone to work here.
