      Great mission, gotta take care more of coaches

      Pros

      - Autonomous management of time - Flex Time - In general, the environment is very good - Students have a very good satisfaction rate with the company - Teaching people TI is just amazing

      Cons

      - Coaches have to be more valued, salaries are not that good and career path is almost nonexistent - Some leaders can be poor, I had a gossip case and was not escalated properly

      They have a nice mission in helping more woman to access tech jobs and have a very nice working environement.

      Cons

      As a coach each cohort (6 months) have the same projects.
