Pros

Work from home job. Some equipments are provided. 12 days leave and 14 days medical leaves. Pay is good for people working in 3rd world country, though actually the salary is still minimum wage for western standard.

Cons

0 social life. Since you will be talking to client with various topics with confidential information, you'll be working completely alone for 8 hours straight. Idk if there's any career opportunity really. Pay is good tho.

Pros

Working from home, nice schedule (in my case starting 8am - 4:30pm), fast responsiveness from staff or IT

Cons

You’re required to use your own laptop, headset, desk, and chair — the company doesn’t provide any equipment. Earlier this year (2025), employees were given one unpaid day off per week (four days per month) due to “overstaffing."

Avoid this company!

Pros

Remote job, easy to apply for sick days.

Cons

They offer you 40 hours at first but then start cutting your hours of even days. No salary increase in years. Extremely poor communication with management. Very overwhelming job, the volume of calls in crazy. No bonuses, no encouragement from the company, nothing. In addition the health insurance they offer is useless, it covers nothing.

Pros

We are given the tools to do the work and management is good. Very talented, small team of engineers. You are left alone for the most part.

Cons

Some managers are very abrasive and hard to deal with. Pay is dismal (better negotiate a good salary up front) and we haven't had raises in a long time. They don't even keep up with inflation, yet health insurance prices go up yearly. Bonus has no logic to it. It's decided by made up projected numbers that are completely unrealistic some years. There is very little guidance on where we are going except for one meeting a year.

Pros

Easy hiring process, easy training, work from home, well above average salary for some languages.

Cons

Back to back calls, no time for bathroom break if you need one outside of your two 15min breaks, and one 30min lunch break. Emotional trauma after difficult calls could scar you for life.
