We have just completed the integration of Silicon Image and are planning for continued success in 2016. As with many high tech companies Lattice strives for diversity of its entire team including our leadership team. In the last three years we have filled some of our most pivotal roles with female leaders. Our training initiatives are preparing our team members to take the next steps in their career and leadership development. This year we launched a Community Group targeted towards Women’s Leadership at all of our major sites globally to focus on leadership and professional development. Lattice is also proud that several of our senior leadership roles are held by individuals of diverse ethnic backgrounds, which has been a key value we bring to our global business. Our management teams are working to promote diversity and a great working environment for all employees and will continue to strive to close gaps that are prominent in our industry. Initiatives such as these show Lattice is continuing to trend below benchmarks globally on undesired terminations.
