Le Boat is a fast paced and fun environment to work in with lots of new challenges to support your development in your career. It attracts great people who are all really passionate about the product and delivering great holidays to our customers which means there are lots of like minded people. Being part of the wider Travelopia group is a great benefit which means there is lots of knowledge to learn from as well as plenty of future career opportunities. It also allows you to work with people from all over the world - it is a truly global business.
Cons
The business is quite complex so when you join there is a lot to learn and get your head around, but you do get there eventually!
