Cons
I had worked for this company for a wile and i would like to share what i have seen. so they have leaders that will lie to keep what they think is peace steal hours for their family members then try to bribe employee to not make a big deal of it. they have a float lead that takes her anger/emotional issues out on you no matter what location you go to they have bad stories about her. They try to paint you a certain way if you have a complaint because its easier for them. I have seen workers get fired for taking things into their own hands because the office wont help with bad employees and if you do not call or email they will just say you did not let us know what is going on to help even tho every other encounter with them has said we wont do dang thing so no matter what your wrong. They constantly accuse you of doing something your not actually doing and even if your building has had no complaints for a long time the first time you get a complaint in a long time they will treat ya like this happens all the time and now you have to be watched and guided all the time. some employees have shared some perverted stories with a few locations about the owners do not know how to feel about that but you will hear them were ever you go. The company loves to talk bad about the employees in the office but funny enough it makes its way to all the locations and if the float lead hears something she does not like she will go to the locations were people said these things and will start rumors between employees to get them to fight each other for petty revenge. when you try to report things instead of trying to understand the situation on a healthy level they will listen to one side of the story and do everything to paint the one who is in trouble as a bad character and invalidate everything you say because they feel they already know what is going on based of the one sided talk. All I can say is I have never been so disrespected in my life from any other job/company like this one and I feel this company needs a good investigation/audit
