Great product and industry if you care about the planet. Good UK team, well, most of them.

Cons

The Americans are underhanded and not to be trusted. Don’t believe a word they say. Very much hire and fire. No help or development.

High growth, fast paced company with innovative product. Flat hierarchy, people can contribute and shape the company. People are smart, kind and want to make a meaningful difference in the world. Office is located centrally within co-working space with a lot of perks.

Cons

It is a growing company serving many time zones but with a SME amount of staff. Hence, there is always a lot of work to do.

Small company where everyone believes in the mission, not just profit.

Cons

Pay is well below average. Company lacks efficiency and standardization. They are sitting on a gold mine but too stubborn to put in the work and do things correctly so they constantly trip themselves up and look terrible to their customers.
