      Pros

      I love doing my work, and the company also helps and provides a conducive environment. The upper management is very ambitious and professional which is my driver to keep doing my best and perform. Apart from company growth, they also focus on overall development of the employees.

      Cons

      Nothing much but hierarchy into some departments to be controlled.
