The timing are stern. You'll not be asked to overtime.
Cons
Management is rigid and disrespectful. They legit go by "my way or fired" There is no yearly review or any system for raise. You will have to wait forever for a raise. They may upgrade your designation and increase your work by money? I don't think so.

There are no pros which are worth mentioning.
Cons
This company's work environment is stressful. Low work-life balance and the compensation and benefits are poor. The salary offered is not sufficient for the cost of living in the area. The management was rude, unprofessional and didn't show enough empathy to me.
