Pros

I can't think of many pros except it's a job, and you get paid.

Cons

There is no clear structure. The HR isn't functional. There is no employee growth. There's bullying and toxicity. You're expected to work round the clock including weekends.

Pros

Leatherback is one of the rare financial institutions that combines operational rigor with a truly global mindset. The culture here is performance-driven but human — there's a real emphasis on ownership, speed, and continuous improvement. In less than 4 weeks - your exposure to global standards will be immerse. Leadership is transparent about the company’s vision, performance and it’s genuinely exciting to be building financial infrastructure that empowers businesses and individuals across multiple regions. You feel the impact of your work, especially because teams are lean and agile.

Cons

The pace can be intense, and because the bar is high, it's not a place where you can coast. Alignment across time zones and rapid growth sometimes create communication friction, but leadership is actively working on improving this.
