    Pros

People I worked with are very knowledgeable and intelligent. But most have now left the business

    Cons

The lack of any clear strategy and decision making means you are constantly fighting fires. The new CEO and Deputy CEO have no idea how to run a telco business.

    Advice to Management

Sort out your strategy and listen to your hardworking employees

I worked at Lebara full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Its a job.
    Good colleagues on the ground.

    Cons

now owned by shareholders that are squeezing life out of company, Management running it with iron curtain mentality and in FULL control of retailer accounts ( duplicates ) ( manipulation ).?Micro management..No work and life balance ( they need to work from UK/EU working time directive for their sales reps ( ie: traveling time is in our own time and should be in working time ) their way or the highway. No help on simple customer related issues that could be fixed by the touch of a button. Going down hill faster than a drag car at santa pod.

    Advice to Management

Ease off and help the sales reps more and give them some credit as they all work very hard .. HR should be HR not "ohh, ask next person up the tree on how they want you to do it" not what the law is. Management are of poor quality and directionless. Glad you can afford free fruit bowls and cakes every day ( enjoy ) also why H/O staff have flexible commute times to work ( shorter working days )but reps have hours extra a day driving ? paid for 8 but heard some work upto 14?
