      Pros

      Just average company’s benefits that they will promote as unique but any normal company has.

      Cons

      Poor management and leadership skills. Very low salaries because they declared themselves in the wholesale sector(CAO), meaning that the salary scale starts from very low compared to a normal company operating in the same business.
