the deceit of the Charlotte-based acquirers. The most incompetent, arrogant, deceptive, shallow people I've ever worked around., one in particular! Encourage anyone thinking of doing business with this company to research legal proceedings against owners, and reach out to the parties in those cases to better understand who you are dealing with. The builder of this business, won a legal case against the buyers/ current owners for their deceptive actions and attempt to breach her contract.
