The nurses never checked on the residents. Management only would come every so often to put on a show that they care. The lack of action to reports of abuse, neglect, and recklessness makes it apear they don't care. High overturn.

- Management is cruel and overbearing. - revolving door staff - You have no value to the overall company - They WILL cut your pay - Micromanagement - HORRIBLE kitchen standards - They pay you BARE MINIMUM and expect FLAWLESS work - The overall system is HORRIBLE - You WILL be screamed at by a senile old person - Pervy old men - The residents will ALWAYS blame you for everything. At least once per shift I was told the food sucked and to change it, but I had NO power over that. - Residents dying (it's just very sad) - I had the LAZIEST coworkers and they were never punished - I was over worked and under paid
