Making friends. Company helps you to validate your titre de séjour.
Cons
Not interesting if you already have a senior experience. Micro management of the CEO. He is the only person deciding everything in the company. It feels like at school. You are not allowed to do anything, there are cameras in the office that are use to monitor you. You are not even free to print a single document without receiving a condescending comment about how you are not allow to do so. This is mainly what makes the environment not bearable and you just want leave that place as soon as possible.
