      Pros

      The people, the mission, and the culture. There’s a real sense of purpose and ownership at LemFi. The pace is fast (sometimes chaotic in a good way), which keeps things exciting and pushes me to be creative, solve problems, and actually build things that make an impact. There’s strong autonomy, supportive leadership, and lots of collaboration across teams.

      Cons

      The pace can occasionally make priorities shift quickly, so you need to be adaptable. Some processes are still evolving as the company scales, which can be challenging if you prefer structure and predictability.

      Pros

      Fast growing business with excellent growth opportunities, both from a career progression and learning point of view. Two very passionate hands on co-founders give great visibility of our mission. Diverse team spread across the globe and travel is encouraged (if you want to) Use of AI highly encouraged and widely adopted across the business. Excellent culture with a focus on being productive but we are also encouraged to take rest when we need it

      Cons

      This is not the place to work if you want a stable job with a narrow / known / consistent remit. We are constantly launching new products and entering new markets, with brings significant challenges with it. You need to be comfortable being uncomfortable and embrace the challenge.

      Pros

      The best part about LemFi is the 'why.' We’re helping people send money home and build lives in new countries, and you feel that mission every day. Although we have a big team, it’s a really tight-knit group. If you like autonomy and want to see your work actually impact someone’s life, you’ll love it here.

      Cons

      Not a con but we’re growing fast (Series B life!), so things can be a bit 'build-as-you-go.' This is definitely a place for someone who likes seeing the impact they bring.
