      Pros

      Teamwork based environment with the opportunity to grow within the department you work in or in other departments. LenCred is a company that tries to find people who fit our culture and not just if they are qualified for the position. Family-based environment. CEO is around for the day to day business activities and tries to make sure he knows all his employees!

      Cons

      Certain positions require more than the typical 40 hour work week so if you like to work 40 hours and then just collect a check it may not be the place for you.

      We are a small company but you know we always stick together and get things going and continue to keep things going no matter what happens. We will continue to strive forward almost as if we are a family.

      Systems sometimes have issues but they get resolved quickly!
