      Pros

      Leadership expects a lot out of both senior and junior staff, giving you ample opportunity to prove yourself and earn upward mobility in the company. From an account person / strategist perspective, the design team is extremely talented and brings your thinking to life in powerful ways.

      Cons

      Like any agency, the hours can be long when there are a lot of projects taking place simultaneously. The autonomy/level of responsibility required of account staff isn't for everyone.
