Pros

Considerable salary provided but nullifies when compared with the work culture and other aspects

Cons

1. Work Culture and work life balance: - Worst work culture and work life balance I have ever faced in my entire carrier. It is just hell to work in LFC. Management is eventually failing to understand the simple facts, even after facing the huge attritions. The organization is now operating for more than 10 years and after every resignation the Directors along with Operating Partners put up a meeting to discuss how to improve work culture and work life balance for their employees. However everything is meaningless as the implementation is ZERO. 2. Strategy: - It so happened that after reading the comments on the glass door the candidate refused to join LFC and the director had to call the candidate and convince him to join, so now here comes the best strategy – All the operating partners unanimously one by one goes on the glass door on regular interval and post a fake positive comments just keep their good name in the market. 3. Operating partners not learning lessons from their mistake but they keep repeating the same: - One of my friend who had resigned recently from LFC refused to serve his notice period under his operating partner. Finally the directors had to take a call to shift him in a different team to complete his notice period. This is the biggest insult to any BOSS, and yet there is no signs for any improvement as other team members are in process to search the job and resign under him. Some of the management also believes in looose talks which are signs of mental illness on professional grounds because such loooose talks are never backed by any data or statistics, they are just to self-console to repair his insults. 4. Cruelty: - The Operating partners treat their team as SLAVES A. In case if you are having a good time after dinner with our team mates you can expect to get loads of work which will not allow you to sleep for next 5-6 days B. Going out for dinner with friends is looked like a crime and you are judged as a non-performer C. In order to stop you from enjoying your weekends you will be loaded with silly task or a meaningless meetings just to ruin your weekend’s plans. D. Your laughter’s on lighters moments on dinner table are considered as you are not a serious guy, you are not loaded with enough work and by laughing you are destroying the LFC culture. Also you are the next culprit to diminish the team performance by influencing other teammates for not performing. 5. Misconceptions: - LFC management claims to be the competitors of Renior and Mckinsey – However they (Renior and Mckinsey) play in a different league altogether. I havnt seen LFC using even a single tool of Six Sigma, they use outdated tools copied from Renior and Mckinsey. Also during lockdown employees had to suffer a pay deferment.
