Pros

You'll learn what you don't want from an employer.

Cons

Low salary, stressful work environment, aggressive and temperamental upper management. Lack of trust in staff by upper management no matter how reliable they might be. Poor benefits. If you take a job here, expect to wear many hats - and not in a good way.

Worst job you could ever have

Pros

Like any job, you can always quit—which I did.

Cons

CEO has no respect for her employees. Her management style is to berate employees for anything she deems to be wrong. A good manager helps employees develop their skills and gives them room to grow into their role. You will find none of that here. You will be micro managed every second of the day and every single thing you do will be wrong, because she’s never wrong. If you’re desperate for work try being an Uber driver or a barista at Starbucks, you’ll probably be making more and won’t be dealing with an abusive manager.

Pros

It provides you a paycheck.

Cons

The "culture" is a revolving door of hires and fires with temperamental and rude management. I saw more than a dozen employees fired in front of me. The pay is also extraordinarily low for the industry. I'd urge anyone considering this company to take the few glowing "reviews" with a grain of salt as I can attest that nobody actually held those positions during those dates.
