Pros

Has good growth opportunities and often reviews goals, a strong Human Resources department for any problems. Monthly training for all departments.

Cons

Easy to get lost in the amount of staff so sometimes not always given credit where it’s due. Expected to know what’s going on but there isn’t always a clear direction for what’s being asked of you. Unless your up with the senior management don’t expect a bonus

Good location, just off the motorway. Some nice people to work with.

Cons

Absolutely no feeling of shared purpose. Everyone just trying to do their job so they can go home.
