      Managers do not care about the employees' struggles at work to completing day-to-day duties. Managers who only know how to give warnings without offering support or guidance for improvements are often referred to as "Reactive" managers. Lack fairness. No respect for another human being. Unhealthy leadership. Lack of guidance. Public and harsh delivery. Managers do not understand communication with staff.
