Pros

You can make 'good' money if you put blood sweat and tears into it. You might occasionally finish earlier on Friday's

Cons

Everyone is their own version of themselves. They believe diversity is about gender....but the people in LSP look and act all the same. It's all based on cliques, and you can only fit in if you make money and are good looking, otherwise you will be sinking alone they think the company culture is like a family, however they dont welcome anyone new into the company, its pure cold. if you dont know anyone who previously worked here before, dont join because you will be left alone to try and swim otherwise if you are being referred in you will most likely join and be welcomed into the cliques as one of them

Pros

My personal experience at LSP was generally positive. I enjoyed the vibe in the office, the people were nice and everyone got along and collaborated well together. The location is good and there are nice spots to eat and go out after work. The training academy provided in my first week was very well done and informative and set me up well for the job. The team I was in was very supportive and everyone wanted to see each other succeed.

Cons

There’s a questionable work culture where they expect you to commit your life to the job, making you feel guilty for taking sick days or forcing people to come in during train strikes - rather than just working from home. There’s not much trust or autonomy given to employees to be accountable for their own work and they end up micromanaging people into staying late (past 7pm). There’s no real structure when it comes to understanding career progression and lots of empty promises are given.

Pros

The only good thing would be the office is very nice and in a good location

Cons

Where do I start? - fake - management talk bad of each other - senior management sleeping with other senior managers (so obvious and sleezy) - director sat in office calling half the colleagues divs without them realising but being “nice” to there faces - liars! Anytime a colleague leaves they make up a fake reason! - Bullies. Used to make consultants anxious to go to work! - no diversity most the office is white British or Essex - 5 days a week in the office only No flexibility and they make no changes for people who are diagnosed with medical conditions or technically a disability and they can’t accommodate this - if someone leaves they will slander there name and slate them to new potential employers - The only people they will be able to employ is grads who know no better as they’ve got an awful name for the way they treat people no empathy or compassion - the company trip or incentive is a flat in Ibiza which was purchased, most recruitment companies take you to different locations like Miami, cancun… Ibiza is dead - they like pretty females and they seem to be the only ones who do “well” Please if you want to join a recruitment company don’t join this wanna be wolf of walk street boiler room company, they are so old school and out of touch no flexi, no charity day, no diversity and just watch the video of the Ibiza trip if you want to see what you’d be joining
