Pros

You can make your own schedule and helpful staff. Can work from home at times.

Cons

Working some evenings is required. Pay is pretty low and benefits are not good. Lots of time required for notes and driving from house-to-house, neither of which are compensated.

This RBT job is genuinely one of the good ones, training is solid, everything’s organized, and both clients and staff are treated with real care. You're supported, not micromanaged, and the work actually feels meaningful. Any drama comes from a few coworkers, not the clinic itself. If youre looking for a place with good vibes, clear expectations, and leadership thats in it with you, this is it. Paid training, and can move up kinda quickly if you are motivated and stay focused.

Cons

Must have good attendance! They don't mess around with a ton of excuses. Get your stuff together, don't be a follower, some coworkers just need to do their job. Once supervisors onto them, gets handled. Speak up, don't create issues.

17 onsite per hour which means you only get 17/hr while you are with a child.

Cons

You have to travel between the center homes and schools. The management is terrible. The main hiring lady which will be your boss is just mean and rude and fake.
