      -Some great colleagues who are talented but underused to full potential. -some people have a grand vision and work towards that.

      Cons

      -No clear vision -No value for employees, treated as resources. -No motivation whatsoever -Not open to opinions and get offended if you think differently. -Everything changes all the time -too much Micromanagement

      Brilliant people are hired. Pick up the best of the talent

      Cons

      Everything sucks. Company run on Ego of the Owner who is so full on himself. Next in command is an immatured, manipulative person Mistreats people. Make them feel worthless. Abusive language used while interacting with employees. No vision, no sustainable plans. Only ego of top two people spoiling young and brilliant people's careeer.
