Pros
Working here made me remember that life is too short to be surrounded by monsters that don't treat you right.
Cons
Upper management here engages in some really foul practices. Derogatory comments about women and minorities are routine, and management frequently lies to their employees and pits teammates against each other and tries to manipulate staff in ways that go above and beyond other corporate grey zones (he wants your job, watch out for him - she's being nice to your face but she hates you - don't worry about him, I just lied and told him I'd give him this big shiny promotion if he did this). If you do go to work here, watch your paychecks - there isn't a single employee I know of who hasn't had a few "wrong" amounts or not been paid for overtime hours. They don't let you take time off without complaints even though the work week typically is 50+ hours, they break the touch barrier frequently with female employees, and they're overall just really icky people that do really abhorrent things to employees and clients that deserve so much better. It's a toxic, abusive place to work with no HR department and no moral compass. The only person even remotely level-headed enough to hear complaints is the bosses' close family member - so it often falls on deaf ears. The rest of the "partners" are minions that like to power-trip. Also, they don't offer benefits and their business model doesn't exist; they bleed clients and put out fires constantly, so there's no stability.
