      This place doesn't know what it's doing and is severely micromanaged by the CEO, meaning processes will never change and your career progression will be hindered.

      Nice office in central location

      Cons

      Hugely micro-managed, no encouragement or discussion of development. Poor career progression. Poor pay with no room for discussion. Never made to feel you are valued, but are quick to be 'told off' if you question anything. Very little communication between teams. Secretive culture unless you are in the senior team. Little flexibility and care for work life balance.

      Pros

      Very great place to work. Huge career and personal development on offer. If you work hard and align yourself to the company targets and ambitions; you will flourish and be well rewarded. The company is very flexible to the needs of the employee (e.g. hybrid working, quarterly team building events, good maternity/paternity and pension schemes etc) Great to work for a company that takes social and environmental issues on board and makes a big difference too Overall a great business to work for; that has built an amazing team and the sky is the limit for what we can achieve

      Things are often fast paced; so need to make sure you can handle keeping on top of alot of projects/tasks
