      Exciting place to work developing incredible tech!

      Pros

      Amazing technology with huge potential to impact medical research. A great group of people who are incredibly dedicated and very supportive. Good competitive benefits. Good leadership.

      Cons

      Developing the product has taken longer than expected which has caused some stress. Some redundancies last year which impacted the vibe but the positive momentum is picking up again.

      Pros

      good people who work really hard . New structure was put in place recently which seems to be improving things especially working together as teams. Its a good start. Great benefit structure in place, pay competitive. good job security in a challenging environment for biotech.

      Cons

      Management has not always been effective in dealing with difficult people so not always raised anymore, but that does seem to be changing, the tech is complex so can be stressful at times,
