Extremely low salary and management complains to your face that they have to pay "Silicon Valley wages". Management also try's to guilt salaried employees into working 10-12 hour days because "that's what they do at Facebook and Tesla"

Management asks you to predict a timeline for completing a task and tells you that there's no way it could possibly take that long, then tells you to do it in half the time. They set unrealistic expectations without even figuring out what needs to be done in order to complete the task in the first place.
You will be instructed to do a task a certain way, even though you've expressed concern and have provided empirical evidence that this is not the way that it should be done, and then you'll be blamed and reprimanded when it doesn't work.
