Pros
Friendly co-workers. Plentiful meetings help to facilitate communication. Good and challenging projects where you can learn from their sheer complexity.
Cons
Designers are given too much leeway, which can lead to features being implemented near deadlines instead of focus being put on polishing what is already functional. Attempts to meet arbitrary deadlines which are unrealistic can lead to unwarranted pressure put on staff. Too many meetings sometimes, which decreases productivity. The lack of systematic code reviewer selection can lead to submissions sitting around for days. I just can't imagine anyone leaving and wanting to come back unless they had no other option. Lack of experienced staff. No flexi-time.
