They dont pay your EPF, Socso and EIS. They deduct it from your salary. Once they get the details they need (Design, framework, connections, contacts & groundwork) they will find ways to make it difficult for you to continue working there.
There is no medical coverage, even MC you have to pay your own. There are no other benefits. All that they promised are just empty promises. Its to bait you to work harder until they get what they nee from you.
They are frequently late with salary payment while i was working there. I need to use my personal laptop for work because what they gave is not enough to run the software needed to work on the project.
When new colleagues come in, they are given the bare minumum of hardware and I still dont get a desktop that can allow me to work properly. The owners are not local, they are from Hong Kong.
The office is a playground for the boss's kids, if they are around expect kids to be running around behind your back. Making noise and disturbing your concentration to focus on your task.
When they make you resign, they will withold your salary and then tell you that you have not serve the notice period and therefore not pay you your last salary. They wont even let you serve the notice term and kick you out of the office. Absolutely a terrible company to work in.
The bosses are toxic and fosters an environment of blame and fear. They will require you to give in dedication and hardwork, promising you shares to the company which has no value. Threatens staff that there will be legal pursuit and plots for you to break one of the clauses in the contract to get rid of staff that already gave them what they wanted.
Even when carefully backing up reports and emailing them about current progress. They do not read any of it and worst of all, they change their minds and their words and intentions change from week to week making it hard to work with. Their communication skills are terrible. They are not the honest type of people.
Advice to Management
Don't open a company here when you cannot be transparent and when you have no sense of leadership to foster a long term business that can support its staff.

Keep every document and emails saved and backed up. The go back on their words frequently. Make sure you read every document that requires your signage. They are not the honest type.
