I had a tough time working at Lindus Health, and my experience was overwhelmingly negative.
I was put on 10+ projects at the same time, leaving me completely overexhausted and constantly firefighting. Instead of receiving support, I was questioned about my professionalism. My suggestions for improving processes were consistently dismissed or ignored. When I resigned, my departure was met with indifference, which felt like a final confirmation of how little employee wellbeing was valued.
Clinical operations management, in particular, felt like a special case. Leadership often appeared double-faced: positive or neutral in direct conversations, but critical behind closed doors. Constructive, transparent feedback was rare. This created an environment of mistrust and anxiety rather than growth and collaboration.
The operations team has faced ongoing structural challenges that have not been effectively addressed. Work–life balance is extremely difficult to maintain. While some intensity is expected in a start-up, the workload and expectations here felt unsustainable.
Most concerningly, the experience had a serious impact on my mental health, both during and after my employment. Based on my experience, I would not recommend working at Lindus Health in its current state.
