Micromanagement to the max. The communication is terrible and everything is so unorganized, the whole company overall. Everyone is in a different page. There's no proper training, everything is up in the air, still the owner will not be satisfied with my performance, but would not provide feedback to what he wants from me. Seems like he takes everything so personal, no matter what I did, seems like I was under performing, but would never pull me aside to let me know what I needed improvement on, drama to the max. The product has tons of flaws, and nearly no documentation for the techs to rely on, just an old school internal forum that hasn't been updated with new content in years. The ticketing system is old and inefficient. It's just beyond unorganized, especially when the owners wife try to get involved in tech issues, she has no idea what's is going on. It's understandable it's a small business, but still it's just madness working there. The people working there is very capable and has great ideas, it's just the owner is stubborn and has old school mentality.
