Pros

- Co-workers are great. - lots of hours. - Lots of opportunity to travel. - Ability to take a longer lunch if wanted or take breaks when needed. - Profit sharing - Good Christmas parties - Company bingo and other monthly/Bi-monthly(2 months) events.

Cons

- Wage is below average in the industry. - No double time on Sundays but charges customers double time. - No travel premium or bonus. - Benefit package - no eye care. - Not much time for rest. You will be required to work 12hrs shifts 7days a week while on site for multiple weeks at a time. - Last minute notice to switch to night shift or back to days. - Amount of required travel. - Communication. - lack of information for given tasks. - Training. - Top heavy. - Last minute travel notice. - Extended periods of travel without fair amount of notice. - You pay expenses then are reimbursed after a few weeks. - Must have your own tools. - Company will not cover stolen tools if they are taken from rental or shop truck while you are on site. Company expects you completely empty vehicle while at hotel of all belonging including tools and bring it all into your hotel room. And if company owned tool is stolen the employee is responsible. - Miss most company events due to required travel.

Pros

Interesting work, monthly work functions (doing this to keep union out), good company to learn the automation industry, once you have experience you can go elsewhere to progress your career

Cons

Low pay, mediocre benefits at best, lots of travel performing installs (away from family) might be good if you need a break from them, company full of grumpy people! Company has many owners-all want a piece of the pie-that's why wages are so low, Company has a majority shareholder-silent owner (Louis Laskis 51%) flodrolic, majority of employees looking for other opportunities at other companies (looking to progress their careers), revolving door!
