Pros

- Amazing clients with big, challenging problems - Great team dynamics - Demanding analytical thinking mixed with creative problem solving - C-level conversations and influence - Ability to build new offerings to meet shifting market demands as an individual leader - High degree of rigour in the recruitment process to hire only the best creative minds - Constantly inspired by the people I work with and how they think

Cons

- An all-consuming type of work (not the company, but the work) -- you never shut off thinking about the problem you're trying to solve - Challenging to pull out of work and foster greater creativity / creative development - Small teams mean you feel the absence when someone is gone

Cons

Smaller teams sometimes means you have to take on more work while managing as well.
