Pros
Laura , the owner, has worked tirelessly most of her life to build this company. With that being said, she values, loyalty, respect, and long term employment. She will do whatever she can to help navigate any situation in life so that her employee stays for the long run. She will accommodate and maneuver anything so that her providers are happy. She is easy to contact as well as to talk to, which makes it easier in what could be an uncomfortable situation. She is generous, throwing lovely end of the year parties and holiday parties for her employees, which is nice to feel appreciated. There are plenty of offices and administrative positions, so one doesn’t need to feel “ stuck” in a provider role or location they are not happy with, which is nice to have options. The CF training is unmatched. Maureen is a great supervisor and offers extensive cf training to the new grads. I had to leave due to personal reasons within my home but I would have stayed even longer.
