Pros

Some great brands to work on, which will look good on your CV.

Cons

The falseness that exudes from this business is immense. Be prepared to stab people in the back, and have the knife twisted too. At every level gossipers can be found, including senior management which should not be tolerated. No decorum found in any of the offices.

Pros

Lovely team but don't expect much else

Cons

Prepare to be treated indesposably, you are just a number here. Can't remember I was thanked. Company doesn't care about people. Lots of broken promises, no real clarity around the direction and nothing to motivate or inspire. Pay is below average. Offices are drab. Despite being a small company, the leadership hardly know the names or interact with any of the junior people that do all the hard work and long hours. So removed from reality. Shame. No progression opportunity, anywhere, this is a place to just be cannon-fodder whilst the bosses earn the big bucks. Has got worse over the multiple years I've been here, I think it's time to keep an eye out on the job market.

Pros

The relationships between the people "on the ground" are great, supportive and nice people

Cons

Pay, The management, the sales process, the direction, the work life balance, the lack of staff, the lack of business. Projects are being run on absolute skeleton staff, borrowing from other customers project teams to deliver in time. Expected to work much longer hours than you should, and seen as "not a team player" if you don't. Upper/middle management is nothing but a boys club of under-qualified overpaid staff.
