Cons
All the normal cons of working a start up: not enough money, not enough time, everything is critical. Generally the level of intensity is sane though
It's a startup with a great product and a very nice team. I have found it to be a great learning opportunity for me too thanks to the amazing development team working here. Some of the pros include having an hour break to go for lunch and the fact that they allow you to work from home from time to time. The energy of the whole team is vibrant, with people looking forward to seeing the business thrive. Another plus is that we have quite a few social events, including going for a drink after work and organising dinners and different events.
Cons
I really think it is the perfect place to work and it would be nice to see the team grow to have more people involved.
