This is still a small company and does not operate like a big corporation. That's a pro and a con but the con is that we wear more hats in a smaller organization and we don't have the big box store benefits like more paid holidays or company paid (they cover half) health insurance yet.

Management causes a negative atmosphere. scheduling is sporadic and often forces late work. Many promises to employees are made but not kept. Pay is lacking, considering the price point and quality of work demanded. Poor quality uniforms are required, washing comes out of the employee pay, but uniforms are rarely clean or on time. Many vehicles are in various states of disrepair. Upper level accountability is nonexistant. Emails are often sent about new arbitrary policies that can lead to and include termination.
